Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Information:
We Currently Ship Within U.S. Only.
We generally ship by UPS and rates are calculated automatically based on UPS rates. We may use the USPS if the order is
small and the rate is better.
If we choose to use mail rather than UPS, or in the event there is an error, or shipping is omitted from your order (UPS web
down, etc.), the shipping charges will be added or adjusted during order confirmation and you will receive an update e-mail.
Handling Charge:
On orders less that $25, a $2.00 handling charge will be added to your shipping charge.
Return Policy:
You may cancel your order for whatever reason within 3 days of placing the order.
If we have already shipped your order, we ask that you return the merchandise prior to our issuing a credit.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days. Please pack the return in the
original packing, along with the packing slip and write the reason for return on the back of the packing slip. We will refund
original shipping charges only if the return is due to an error on our part. Credits will be applied to the credit card used for the
purchase.
All sales are final on custom engraved products unless there is an error on our part or flaw in the product.
